When a pharmacist is employed by a company as a salaried worker at a specialty pharmacy, the company later requests that the pharmacist work at a different pharmacy, which happens to be a retail location. Despite being salaried for their work at the specialty pharmacy, the company expects the pharmacist to fulfill their responsibilities at the retail location without any additional compensation, based on the premise that they are a salaried employee. is that legitimate?

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating. I receive only a $1k bonus per year. Is my compensation fair? My last insurance defense gig was $75k.

Like seriously, how is one able to comfortably support themselves in the Bay Area on these new Analyst level salaries at Deloitte? It's not like we're doing anything different than Consultants and most Senior Consultants.
