When is comes to starting with a new team what red flags are the most damning for you? I’m usually hesitant about settling into a team if the personalities don’t mesh well.

I often get teamed up with male golfers as not many ladies play in my area. I feel like they feel awkward (cause they get silent around me, only saying good shot when I make a good shot) and so I start feeling awkward too, and it negatively impacts my game. Is it just in my head?
