Something that alarms me is when teams operate on the assumption that everything is urgent. The inability to prioritize the work just creates a lot of problems. I've been it be a symptom of bad management, a scenario in which workers are bullied to always be in a hurry. The result is that everything gets disjointed and simple tasks become complicated.

The biggest red flag for me is people gossiping and prioritizing their interpersonal feelings over the work. I have no time for petty, meaningless drama and I have no problem saying so.
