Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

Currently staying in Hoboken NJ. My rent isn’t high but the apartment is old and don’t really have a lot of friends. With COVID and most of our future being WFH. Am considering moving to a low COL area.
Any suggestions , with a lot of 25-30 year olds around.
Hopefully, I can find a good apartment, don’t mind renting something with a backyard.
Would definitely like a place with better weather. Pretty much open to anywhere in the US.

What's the best way to approach my counselor for a relocation to another city so that the counselor/manager approves without any issue..
Obviously it won't happen overnight, I have to give my handover and that could take a month, I am fine with that.

Anything I should take care of before joining new location?

CEO made 6 men SVP, the day after DEI report was published with scathing reviews on it's culture. The company only has 1200 employees.

She then went ahead to make an announcement about how badly it looked given the optics and how she was committed to "diversity".

This is also largest Canadian payment processor. I can't stop laughing at virtue signalling and lip service.

So my VP at my previous company felt bad and refused to speak to me or attend my farewell after my resignation. His reason was that I somehow betrayed his trust as he had promoted me just last year (after keeping the position open for 4 months and letting me take additional work load after the previous SM left!).
