Personally I think chasing the absolute best rate for HYSA is more trouble than it’s worth. I’d pick one that’s generally near the top and stick with it. I use vanguard, and theirs is nice because through the aggregation thing they do you are fdic insured up to 1.25 million instead of 250k (2.5 million for a married joint account). I’m not carrying THAT much cash, but it’s nice to know if it goes over 250k I don’t need to shift things around.
And if you are trying to buy a house in an expensive market, you might need to carry that much cash.
Yep I use Capital One - their HYSA is always near the top but it’s great for all banking so I like just having everything on one platform. Not worth it to me to spend time shopping around or use different banks for different accounts just to get like .3% higher.

Vanguard and Ally.
This decision doesn’t really matter as long as it’s a reputable institution and FDIC insured. Much more important to focus on your savings rate and maxing tax sheltered accounts.
