Hello fishes! Can someone help me with the hiring process in Nike Netherlands? I have an interview coming up and I want to know the best way to prepare for it. Apparently there is going to be a case study and some behavioural questions. Anyone can help with me what to expect in the case study and the behavioural questions? Nike Nike, Inc.

Message a contact or recruiter at that company and ask them to forward resume to hiring manager
When they say - Network, Network, Network… They’re not kidding lol
Yes - don’t apply via LinkedIn. Direct website is always best.
Yes or do some research on recruiters/employees for the companies you want and connect with them on LinkedIn to show them your interest
Get referrals by reaching out to mutuals who work there, or network by contacting people who are at that company to learn more and they may connect you to directly to someone from the hiring team. This method has gotten me 100% success rate in getting the initial phone screening/interview (I’ve had at least a dozen calls the past two weeks alone), whereas applying directly on LI or company site I rarely hear back
I don’t ask for a referral right away, I usually start by messaging the mutual saying something like “hope alls well, I see you work at Company X and would love to connect for 15 mins to hear about your experience so far as I’m interesting in opportunities there” and then have a phone call talking about it for a bit and at the end open it up by saying I”m interested in applying, is there a recruiter I could connect with or do u have suggestions on how to move forward?” And then they will offer
Alright, I'll be the unpopular opinion.
I don't reach out to anyone anymore, it's too time consuming. I just find jobs that fit me well and shotgun stuff out
Exceptions may exist for certain jobs and companies, but those are far and few between. My success rate at getting initial phone call or interview is decent, but actual offer stage is low, though I think that's in part because I'm picky and go for high competition roles
Recruiters 100%. I got the first call and first interview every time with them.
Note down the companies you’d want to work for and multi-prong them: recruiters, networking events, job board alerts, regularly check official careers website etc.
Company website only, applying through LinkedIn is lazy.
