Not the worst job out there, but the opportunity for growth isn't really there past store manager
Working at Aldi is not it. When I was there we suffered from understaffing and overly demanding hours. It's heavy work and it's not rewarding enough to justify it. I would personally stay away, but I suppose it's not the worst choice you can make if it's the the only option available to you at the moment
It's good as an in-between job, but if you want to keep growing your career you're probably going to want to switch out eventually to some other company that might actually promote from within
Not bad in my experience, pay was competitive, staff was relatively content and taken care off, and the hours weren't overly demanding. I'd say it's a good opportunity if it's available to you
Understaffing is a huge issue at Aldi, which means everyone is forced to pick up the slack and put in extra work. Fast pace and very demanding, but the pay is not bad by any means
Seems like it's a gamble wheter or not you'll get the right amount of staff and support from superiors
