Which Backend Framework Offers Better Job Prospects?
I’m a Flutter dev with total 3 years of experience, and I’m looking to transition into full-stack development to increase job opportunities and salary. I learned JS and Python during my college curriculum, but I don’t have professional experience with them. Which backend frameworks or languages should I focus on to maximize my job prospects and salary? I’m open to suggestions based on current trends and future demand for full-stack developers.

Was reached out from an Amazon Recruiter for a Program Manager role. Got past the online assessment and now they are asking for total compensation expectations (inclusive of RSUs, bonuses). Any idea of what is a fair number to put? Currently a Senior consultant with 6.5 YOE, making 116K.

Looking for advice: would you stay in partner pipeline at Big 4 or move to one of the MBBs as a principal? I am hearing that with Big 4 getting into strategy more, MBBs will be obsolete soon thoughts?

Currently an EM at McKinsey, joined as a lateral hire after 6yrs in consulting (strategy boutique) and a short stint at a lesser known PE firm. What prospects would I have pivoting back to PE?

The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. I am also looking to relocate to a different state. How do I go about properly marketing myself to companies that might not take my relocation and minimal experience seriously?

UKG: 18 LPA (16 fixed) + 1 Lakh JB
Snapdeal: 22LPA (20 fixed)
Freecharge: HR discussion is pending but would offer more than 20 LPA

Not sure what to choose, designation is SSE in every company.
I want good work culture, WLB, good tech stack.
Also, I have 1 month NP left, can you suggest me some good companies to apply?
