I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

Therefore, in case I will take the offer, part of the salary shall cover higher expenses related to a work in presence (relocation to city center, dry cleaning for the suits, overpriced restaurant for lunch) and I have the feeling that the working environment shall be way worse.
