How is working in Rev Ops?
Hello! I am looking for two new Texas teachers (0-5 years) who would be interested in participating in a study I am doing as a Doctoral Candidate at Baylor. The study looks to understand the experiences women working in the field of education have had that triggered shame and explore their resilience. If you are interested, click the link below to get started: bit.ly/ShameResilienceStudy

Deloitte is pretty solid
How is PwC so far off!
Deloitte. 6 months. I’ve heard Accenture offer the same but can’t confirm. I don’t know about other B4
PwC is 4 weeks. Their neonatal care leave policy is quite good though if you’re in the unfortunate position to need this like we were.
Rising Star
That's really tough. Good luck!
BCG 6 months. I think McK do 3?
Kearney is 6 months..For those that offer 6 months (seems to be a few) curious to hear the policy relating to claw back of compensation- eg in case you leave the firm once back from pat leave? I’ve heard different policies in place across different consultancies
When you say 2 breaks, it can be split out by 2 weeks statutory and 24 weeks enhanced, so yes you can take the 2 weeks and 24 weeks at separate points but it’s not like you can do 3 months and 3 months
OW 6 months
Arup - 1 year full pay for maternity and up to 3 for paternity
BCG is good from what I hear

Baringa, 6 months
Is that a new thing?
Accenture, 6 months. The only redeeming perk. (No payrise in 3 years, etc)
