While filling DS160, I selected Mumbai as location. But I got biometric and interview location as Hyderabad consulate in appointment. Do I need to update DS160 for consulate location change as in the DS160 confirmation page, it’s Mumbai consulate, but for interview it’s Hyderabad in Visa appointment letter.

How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.

Does industry have billable hours? At the big 4, we are required to work a certain number of hours each week and if we spend too much time on anything we are questioned on why it took so long. Is that a thing when you go in industry?
