Who else is job hugging? I’ve been in a contract role going on almost 2 years. Applied for a full-time role with a referral and was rejected. Also got a recommendation to be converted to full-time and was rejected—I suspect this was due to politics. I’m not being fully utilized. Highly tempted to move on for a lesser hourly rate just to be continue using a more wide range of my skills.
