I had an interview today and asked how the interviewers would describe the culture. They both took deep breaths and looked down. The first one said “it’s getting better.” And then went on to talk about the new ceo making the place more family like. The second interviewer said “there are definitely some strong personalities here.” And then went on to talk about some team members being uptight and others being chill. These seemed like red flags to me. Thoughts?
