Who has the best customer service? An article I read today says Cigna and Kaiser. UHC has the worst. Believe it?

Kaiser. If you have the choice, them 100%. Even if you are required to be on site. I worked for Cigna (Great West) and BCBS CO/NV and several hospital systems and Kaiser offers the best everything! If you are in Southern California make sure to double check but anywhere else Kaiser. Good luck!

What's the issue with Southern California? I'm in a different region.

I 100% believe it. Always heard good things about Kaiser and terrible things about UHC.

Me too! One of my worst KP bosses went to UHC and is thriving there.

I'm willing to believe that. It seems like everything you hear about UHC is pretty negative. Let's be honest, all these companies have many clients with terrible things to say about them. But UHC always seems to win the prize.

Yep. And we hired a bunch of people from there into leadership so I'm a little worried.

I’m in my 4th year at a small plaintiffs’ firm. Past two years I’ve received meager raises (5k) and terrible bonuses (3k). My boss prides himself on allowing me to gain experience so I have more courtroom experience than most attorneys with twice the experience. As I’ve applied for other firms, I’ve been denied interviews based on how my boss is perceived in the community. I’ve gathered professional references from opposing attorneys and other attorneys we work with but still can’t land. Help

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. Is it wrong for me to expect either a promotion or to be paid to train this person?
