Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I do and am way more productive here than I was when I worked in an office. I have my own home office that's completely free of distractions. I log in at 9, work until 12, take an hour lunch and then get back to it until it's time to get the kids from school. Wouldn't have it any other way.
When I first started working remotely I had a terrible time concentrating. Something about the whole idea just didn't sit right with me and it seemed like everything was a distraction. Somehow that changed over time, and within a few months I started feeling like I was more productive working at home. And, then, of course, I eventually had to return to the office and get used to all the distractions there.
I have so much less distractions working from home. Don't have coworkers stopping by to chat or salespeople popping in. I can set the temp I want. Use my own bathroom and not have to worry about anyone taking my lunch out of the fridge. And not having to commute saves 2 or more hours a day and the money for fuel and tolls.
I agree with Marketing Manager 1, I have a home office that my family knows and respects as my work space. I feel more productive at home than I ever have in the office.
I can get distracted working from home sure. I usually get my work done on time. I just might have to rush to finish my work because I procrastinated.
