Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

Politics, shitty managers, favouritism, no genuine leaders. Fish eaters dominate the organization. Regional politics
Fish 🐠 eaters? Meaning?
LCCI has been a mixed experience for me over past 1.2years. On one hand, it’s definitely an improvement over my previous organizations in several ways, with fewer politics compared to what I’ve encountered elsewhere. That said, politics does exist here too, but it's not as pervasive. I’ve noticed some recurring negativity in public reviews, which often seems to stem from a small group of individuals. Their responses, like repeatedly saying “bhaago” to unrelated questions about salary ranges, seem unhelpful and might reflect frustrations within certain teams. These individuals would benefit more from focusing on improving their ability to navigate corporate dynamics or exploring opportunities elsewhere, rather than channeling their frustrations into unrelated and repetitive posts
I describe my relationship with my manager as below neutral, I wouldn’t say I’m anyone’s go-to person or favourite. This has made visibility a challenge for me, but I don’t think the organization is as bad as some reviews on platforms like Fishbowl might suggest.
Lilly has a good work culture and is a decent place to work overall. However, salary levels are below market standards, even after re-leveling. I’ve also noticed that certain managers can be political, though this is something you’d find in most organizations
True that. Lilly USA core values are awesome. However, LCCI M have screwed it. I was with a guy from US over a call and he told me that LCCI needs to do a lot in catching up with Lilly culture as that's what has kept the lilly running so successfully for 150+ years.
Now, I leave u upto u whom to blame.
Even i felt to ask the same question, but with the hiring process of lilly i got to know how dirty it is, I recently had the opportunity to interview for a DevOps position at Eli Lilly, and it was one of the most intense and emotionally draining experiences of my career.
I cleared all three rounds of interviews and received a congratulatory email, followed by document verification. I was ecstatic when the recruiter called to inform me that I had been selected and that the offer would be released within a day. I was fully prepared and excited to begin the next chapter of my career, thinking that I had secured the position I had worked so hard for.
However, just when I thought everything was in place, the recruiter called me again, but this time with unexpected news: due to a hiring freeze and business requirements, they were unable to release the offer. I was in complete shock. The emotional roller coaster from such high expectations to this sudden disappointment hit me hard.
For the next month, I was in a deep state of depression, unable to process what had happened. The feeling of having everything taken away after being so close to something great was incredibly difficult to cope with.
This experience has truly been one of the lowest points in my career. I felt like I had been misled and treated unfairly, especially after investing so much time and energy into the process. While I understand that businesses face unforeseen challenges, the way this was handled left me deeply disappointed and disheartened.
To anyone considering an opportunity at Eli Lilly, I would advise caution. The emotional toll of such a situation is something I would never wish upon anyone.
I have an interview scheduled for LCCI's new Hyderabad centre for 4th Feb. Novartis has an employee centric culture, but reading these reviews I am a bit doubtful for Eli Lilly now.🤔
Good luck
