Hello ,
I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.
Can anyone help me understand this better?

Because of toxic work culture created by managers and Leads. They think it's their father's company. HR is totally unsupportive too.
All HRs should have a communication training atlst
Management is bringing in too many changes too fast.....
Plus the weak Managers are making it more difficult for there employees to sustain with there poor decision making skills.....
CT should reevaluate there mid level Management....
Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst🤮 Literally frustrated... They laid me off after 3 days released from project. Haven't gave chance for the other opportunities. And they are posting hiring post on LinkedIn...... I don't know the management is really have brains 🧠 for even common sanse.... Don't play with ppls career ***🤐🤐🤐 if you don't know how to better organise it.... Hire uneducated ppls from villages I am sure thay can handle it better. They have common sanse.
