Why does it seem to be so hard to join any of the companies in the cannabis industry? I have corporate manufacturing experience, military experience and fin tech experience. All of those have skills with in cannabis industry but I cannot seem to break in. I have applied to 15 jobs over past two years and had a few interviews even making it to final two four times and losing to internal candidate every time. Any ideas?
