I hate when you ask senior associates a question regarding an assignment they’ve assigned and you receive attitude-reply to the email vaguely without even addressing the email (example: “just complete the assigned, don’t worry about that”). Especially when the question/issue being ask is an important part of the assignment. It almost feels like I’m a bother for asking even though the associate(when assigning) said “feel free to ask any questions you may have while working on the assigned tasks”

I have 2 offer for devops PWC India - 10.5 LPA , Mindtree - 15 LPA
Having 7.5 YOE in cloud Admin/ devops . Tcs is offering promotion to retain me. But nothing is in paper and asking me to wait till october for revised comp letter.
