I’m actually surprised I’m getting a hard time from companies about being hired considering I funded, scaled, and sold my business of 6 years. What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. I am currently working with one of the Big 3 Credit Rating organization's. I have total 4.11 YOE. My current role is related to Quality Assurance, Risk Assessment and Mitigation related to Credit Ratings.
I have received a job offer from Randstad India for Risk Management profile (CTC 11.5) and Oak North for Credit Risk Regulatory profile (CTC 10.68).

I would like to know your thoughts which company is better in terms of overall benifits (Money, Work Life Balance, Leaves etc)?
