Currently an assurance senior 3 at EY (promoting to manager in Oct). Want to get insight or anyone who made transfer from one big 4 to another. Was it worth it? What’s the bump in salary? How hard was the transition for you (new terminology, tech, firm culture, etc)? Advice on managing up / enduring toxic deal teams? I’m at the point where my stomach drops any time I see something come in from certain people. Everything is behind, client is unhappy, I’m exhausted and simultaneously being micromanaged without guidance on big-picture/substantive issues. I have 15+ years of US and international healthcare YOE (clinical ops, mgmt, prod imp, apms), 10+ of which have been in non-trad consulting roles. I don’t have a masters but am applying now. I’ve been contracting on a number of fed projects for BAH with VA, HHS, etc for 5 years as SME/imp spec.
I’ve was offered a fed healthcare ops specialist role at boozallen at associate level $140K. I was originally told that the role was a lead. Growth and title are imp. to me. Is this salary low?
