With 3years of PA experiences at mid tier firm in business tax, how much should I expect my compensation range in the NYC area if I get an industry job? Feeling like PA firms are catching up the comp in today’s market. Not sure it is worth to jump out of it just for the WLB if the compensation is in par with industries.

L1 expecting an L2 offer any day, next summer start. HCOL area and trying to figure out what is reasonable for income. Non-traditional student and new to public though I have work experience at the para and professional level.
