Work in an advertising agency and see sooooo many black and brown faces in PowerPoint presentations, ads and also pitch decks...but next to none,especially black people in senior positions in my agency..lots in entry / mid level.

It always irks me and I've started to laugh at the PowerPoint decks, feels like 1970's tokenism sometimes. I wonder what clients with diverse senior teams think when they encounter it.
