New year. New rates. I’d like to increase my hourly rate of $100/hour. I’m freelancing with the same company in early 2022….how much is a healthy increase in that rate without it being too much? I feel like I’m bringing more to the table in this new project and want the rate to reflect that in the new contract.

Bhai comp off mang le baat ye reheti ki har project ka budget reheta hai allocated manager chahe jitna bhi bole it is upto leadership dena hai ya nai agar paise bachana hai toh they wont give better manager se meethe me leke compoff lele

Ask them for leave free long leave..request them if not feeling well if your health is really bad
Same thing happened with me 3 days ago my HR said my 8 days pl and fl will not be paid and reporting manager is not approving these leave on another leave i have taken.. most of the companies managers and HR are Lier so don't work hard and to impress these types of selfies and lie seniors.
Generally comp off is given for weekend work in most it co's and not extra pay unless there is policy in that company for this.. take the comp off and leave it. Anyways you're getting paid for weekends also in your salary.
