I'm currently working as Service Desk support since a year along with 3.5 yrs experience in shipping with a non-tech background.

I saw that IT is a very potential field to get good growth and better pay and I have been learning azure on youtube as I heard cloud concept is going to be booming in next 5 years.

Please suggest me some potential skills that I can add to my profile that would be easy for me to learn as I am from Non-Tech as mentioned above for a better offer.

I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

I’m in the second last week of my NP I had accepted an offer from PwC, but now I’ve got a good offer from Cogni and I know PwC won’t negotiate the offer or try to match what Cogni is offering, how do I tell PwC that I won’t be joining them?
Is is too late to inform them now?
What should be the right thing as I don’t want to burn bridges with PwC?
