Working at Boise Centre for a year, I currently make $23.25 per hour as a part time AV technician. I have only positive things to say about the team and leadership, though I don't have any experience in the other departments. My main complaint is as a part timer in the AV dept, hours are hard to come by during the slow season (June-August).

T3 firm reached out re: direct admit to the partnership with some runway to grow the practice. I am at a firm now where there aren’t bright line metrics to make PPMD, but think I could make it in 2-5 years.
