How role based band progression works in Wipro?

Suppose someone in B1 needs to get B2, Now if the manager tagged in N+1 so after 6 months it will be automatically promoted to B2?

Or again there's some criteria like how many people are completed N+1 6 months then again the manager needs to nominate someone and that person only will get B2 even after serving N+1 6 months? Are there any chances to not get B2 even after completing 6 months in B2 role?

I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. The position is remote & I’d like $20/hr. I’ve invested in myself as a coach & plan to complete board certification by early 2023

Need advice in choosing between 2 offers :
Company 1 : $170k base + 10% bonus + 136k rsu + 5k sign on
Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?
