Would you be willing to work for $53,000 a year? Doesn't that sound pretty low? I've been looking for a job for two months so I'm tempted to take it, but I've never worked as an EA for anything less than $65,000 a year.

Any ideas on planning a quarterly retreat for a startup? Specifically for strategy day and culture. Never planned a quarterly retreat before and is not to sure what it entails. I’ve been told agendas for retreats are very subjective to company but would like some general ideas if anyone has any!

Received an offer for an internal promotion and the verbal offer differed from the written offer. Specifically, the bonus verbalized was 2% higher than the offer letter. HR basically just said ‘sorry, our mistake the letter is right’. What would you do?
