Is it okay to do the background check process if I don't plan to join EY GDS? I have received better offer from another organization and I'm planning to join them. I still have 2 months left in my notice period. I'm holding EY's offer just to be on the safe side and planning to inform them towards the end of my notice period. If I complete the background check process and not join EY, will they blacklist me from exploring opportunities in future? EY

I have some dream projects in mind, but I can't afford to work for free. So that's the answer. I would like to be in the position where I would have that kind of flexibility and go off to work on something just for the gratification. I'm not there yet, and the reality is that I can't walk into Gelson's and spend gratification.
Yeah it’s the dream isn’t it but when you’re worrying about where the next pay check is it’s hard to focus on it.
Hmm it depends, as I’m currently a trainee right now so I could do a job for free if it’s my dream job!
