How do you otherwise feel about your current role vs the new role?
I think if you like your current job a lot, the pay difference isn’t enough of a jump to precipitate a move. But it’s a deeply personal choice. I would also be mindful of not moving too often and my personal preference has always been to work at larger companies.
Ask the new job to make you whole for the bonus you'll miss with a sign on bonus.
During salary negotiations. You can mention it before you get your first offer ("if I leave before xx date I'll be missing my annual bonus--does your company take that into consideration when framing up the initial offer?"), but you need to be strategic about how you negotiate your package.
Make sure the remote role is actually remote culture and won't pull a bait and switch with RTO. You don't want them hanging that over your head as a reason not to do other benefits/pay raises, unless fully remote is actually really important to you. Also what's the possibility of having fully remote at your current place? Or ramping down from in office multi times a week to once weekly or even monthly?
You get to decide how important remote v hybrid is to you, but some people would recommend you switch based on comp alone. It also depends on what your goals are as far as climbing the corporate ladder, but if the roles are the same it seems like you have a similar pathway at either place and maybe a better path at the smaller company if they have more of a need to promote from within?
