On site is fine with me. Maybe WFH is better if you have a lot of space, but if you're in an apartment you come to equate home life with being at work, and that messes with your mental a lot. Even though I probably get equal amounts of work done both ways, I feel more productive while physically at work.
I think a flexible hybrid schedule is best where you can choose between 2-3 days a week to come in office
Agreed! I enjoy working with patients, so there's no way that I would feel fulfilled working fully from home, but I do appreciate a flexible schedule. As a mom, it's important to have that flexibility, even (and probably especially) if I am committed to working in person.
As I am AuDHD, working from home is the option that works best for me, I don’t have to worry about buying clothes as often, my kitchen is a 60 second walk from my office at the most, I save a TON on gas and time since I don’t have to commute, and I have my cat to keep me company.
If I can avoid it, I don’t ever want to work in an office ever again.
I completely prefer working from home. I have a chronic health issue that caused me a lot of stress trying to manage on the job. Found a fully remote job and I am WAY happier. I have fewer flareups, it's easier to manage when I do have a flare up, and not having the distraction makes me a lot more productive. I can't imagine ever going back to a full-time in-person job.
