Stuck in same company for 7 years without growth, working in production support without skilling in latest technologies. Started learning React and want to shift on React frontend path. Again, stuck at resume building i dont know how to incorporate react into the projects i have worked. Can anyone send me (n4bryqzp@duck.com) React resume for reference?

Any ideas how EY comp compares to Deloitte?
What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

When you're starting out better to go with the bigger brand company as the pay delta is small anyway
Later on you will care less about prestige and focus on pay and wlb
It depends on your YOE, age, etc.
Prestige opens door more easily and help boost your self-esteem. Its greatest utility is that you don't necessarily need to prove how good you are, because your brand carries the weight.
If you are early in your career/20s, you would want to choose the environment with a group of smartest peers (which often is correlated with prestige) and that will help you absorb the best ways of working. Income at that point doesnt matter as your should prioritize learning, and what matters is maximizing your income potential.
As you get older, the value of prestige dilutes. You will care less about how prestigious your employer, perhaps have family to feed, will become more difficult to withstand long hours of work, but become more interested in building your wealth outside work. Your income from work becomes consistent source for cash flow.
As you get more YoE, changing employer also comes at higher cost. You give up the social capital your built at previous job and need to rebuild one. You need to prove yourself at new job from day 1. You are no longer a junior. No one cares whether you went to some random state school in mississippi or Harvard. You are hired to make instant impact, run a team, and potenitally manage p&l of a function. If you previously worked at MBB, but fails to impress your colleagues and your boss, you are less likely to get promoted. Your performance matters more at that point, and have more stakes higher YoE you got.
If you choose place with prestige, bear in mind that you are will more likely to face higher level of competiton.
If you have never had a brand name (whether pedigree or job) on your resume then it may help you get better jobs down the line
In your caee, you are only associate level meaning you are fairly junior. Go with the place where you can learn the most, has better talent pool. That what really matters
Social validation is priceless
But fleeting
I am a mck alum and I don't post under the handle or represent myself as ex mck much. Brands erode.
