I would much rather stock shelves. It's easy work and getting everything arranged just right is very satisfying to me. Plus there's little to no customer interaction. Doesn't get much better in my opinion.

On any given day I may wind up doing any one of those. My preferences can vary depending on the day, but generally speaking I'd prefer working the register. Dealing with the customers can be interesting and it's usually not too boring.

I rather stock the shelves. I do that now as a merchandise and it’s so relaxing not being bothered by customers. I work during the night sometimes. I love my job though.

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else. Would love to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation and can offer some advice.
