I would consider reapplying to a former employer if leadership has changed, which was the reason I left. Has anyone here ever done this before, and how did it turn out? I could also understand if you were just in a position where you had to take whatever was available at the time.
I left ARAMARK after a decade. This was for more money I would go back in a heartbeat. My new job is horrible but the pay is there.

Same here. Left my previous job because of upper management but had a good team and worked good hrs. Current job is not great but pay is good

I’d reapply only if the leadership changed or the role is significantly different. Missing a team is real, but upper management doesn’t usually improve quietly.

Indeed! Same exact thoughts
Yes. I have a place I once worked where I left due to a particular boss and some general dislike of corporate HR. Despite the second part, I would still go back to that company for the right role.

Same here. Left because of a micromanaging boss, but I would love to work for the company again and have the same team I had.
