If I invested a small amount through a SAFE and the company is now kicking off a seed round that will be a priced round, should I invest in more in the company before or after this seed round? Assume I have the money and the risk appetite - just want to know if my money buys more before or after the priced round.

My 3-person team spends about 15+ hours a month each writing monthly reports for our clients (99 small retainer clients). We’ve received feedback that they’re too complicated and the clients just want to know - are we on the right track, what action items are there, and what any next steps are in their strategy.

I was promised a promotion, then was told I wasn’t getting promoted, started applying to other places, fought for it and ended up getting promoted and a raise. I was just offered a job at another agency for $15k higher than the raise I just got. My mom was just diagnosed with cancer and was told to stop working so now I have to cover all of her expenses as well as mine and my husband’s (he’s back in school). For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I’m a seasoned AD and am considering an VP Account Supervisor position but feel like I am losing earned value without having Director in my title even though it’s a VP position. Am I overreacting?

I got a promotion a year and 3 months ago, and got a pay raise 5 months ago. Could I still ask for a promotion to SAE if I have been supporting a team more as one? Promotions are hard to stab with.
