Y'all don't ever work at SweetFrog. The owner is terrible and takes the side of rude, belligerent customers. They'll leave you to fend for yourself after just getting the position and will basically leave you high and dry, and then yell at you when things aren't up to par. Overall terrible place, this is NOT the job you want for your overall mental health

Agreed with the person above. Review on Glassdoor if you can as a warning for others. I really hate that some managers refuse to let the "customer is always right" attitude die. Like no....sometimes they aren't right, they are just jerks. No employee should be treated poorly just because some random person decides to get their Karen on.

Yikes, thanks for passing along - I will add to my list of companies that I have no interest in working for. Have you left them a review on Glassdoor yet? Good way to make sure more people know what kind of work environment it really is there. I'm sorry you had to work in that terrible environment, good riddance and good luck moving forward!

Thank you so much, this is the sweetest message! I haven't left a review BUT I definitely will. Thank you for the advice, kind stranger!
