I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. The last working date on my previous employer experience letter is wrong. It's just a one day difference. Now during background verification employer is asking to contact previous employer to correct the date.
In worst case scenario if previous employer doesn't respond, will this cause my offer letter to be revoked?

I will telly Pre-Covid self that don't wrry too much about awards/certificate & other corporate moh maya, don't waste your precious time & energy over it. Instead skills up & focus on yourself.
