I’m currently a consultant in the financial services space and have 2 years of experience.I am looking to exit and really interested in CRE but don’t want to start at an entry level position or take a pay cut. Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to do this? Or know of any real estate consulting firms that are worth applying to?

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

Salary expectations for Big 4 strong performing Senior 1/2:
1) Exiting Big 4 to bank
2) Switching from Big 4 to Big 4
3) Exiting Big 4 to Strategy House (non-MBB)

Hi everyone! I currently work in an outpatient setting doing individual therapy but am planning to leave my job.
