I recently received a job offer from Synechron for 13 LPA. In hr discussion, they mentioned the joining bonus of 1 Lakh will be provided. But in the offer letter it is not stated like that only 13 LPA details are mentioned. When I asked them, they said we will release a revised letter 1 day before joining , in that you will have the joining bonus details. Is it the standard practice or should I need to ask in writing.

My joining is next week.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
