My CTC is 9LPA including variable pay. It's too low for my experience. I don't know why that happened. I have been working for TCS since 5 months. I strongly decided to make a switch now with a better package. How much CTC that I can expect if i give an interview in any organisation now? or any other suggestions are always welcome!

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. How much to expect?

So had my first interview in one of the big 4 but it got me completely off guard. First one was call screening and then a technical interview. Now what I didn’t expect is rather than technicalities they focused on the consulting a lot more. Now the role that was marketed was technical/Architect and they even said that in current capacity you’ll work here as a technical person. I don’t think it went well. Coming from a technical background I was hoping for coding .
