Look closely at the language here: "deploying AI coworkers."

The fact that the world's biggest strategy firms are partnering with OpenAI to build "dedicated practice groups" proves that the business model is shifting. Clients no longer just want to know how to change their business; they want the actual digital workforce installed to do it.

Consulting is evolving from "here is what you should do" to "here is the AI agent that will do it for you."
