High ticket health tech (massage guns, health tracker, light therapy..), or, if you’re open to it, donate it. Buy stuff and drop it off at your local shelter.

like

if you buy a bottle of multivitamins and empty out the contents and fill it with gauze and lubricate it with medical grade lubricant and tape a massage gun to the end of it you can build yourself a way to collect your kids pretty efficiently and effectively

Most high ticket items will require a letter of medical necessity, so I’d aim to get one for a massage gun, red light lamp, etc

Why do you need to spend. Doesn’t it rollover

Actually up to $600 of an FSA can roll over.

What title for this job description?
I want to switch roles from a creative director who oversees all aspects of the company’s creative (marketing campaigns and brand building mostly; also production, performance marketing ads, product design, managing design team) to focusing 100% on building our brand, educating both customers and employees about our value prop. I hate managing people or logistics and scheduling. What would this role be called? Do you see it as demotion from CD?

So, I've been thinking alot and did quite some research but would really love some insight (Accounting vs Fund Accountant)
As a newbie to accounting (completed my graduation and am currently halfway through ACCA), I've worked 3 years in accounting and account operations (AR, AP, Reconciliations, accruals, prepayments etc) and wanted to check out the other side of the coin in Finance.

I recently came across a role of Fund Accountant and wanted to really know what the day to day work looks like

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

Losing motivation and drive as time goes on , and I’m only 27 . Nothing I’m passionate about and money just seems like it’s ever enough ($160k total comp) . I was lucky enough to be making that much at McK while solving social problems within education , Econ dev , and public health

However , social good isn’t pleasing my soul neither is the income . I’ve switched jobs to healthcare where I’m impacting people’s physical and mental health . Still no passion / drive

I feel lost / bored :(
