Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

If you don’t include it don’t you have to show a gap? I think demonstrating that you’re employed would give you more leverage than letting them assume you got fired.

It's not uncommon. Just make up a plausible story.
Unless you are really junior (in this case just say went travelling to discover more about myself) no one gives a care about a gap less than 9-12 months.
An excellent, skilled person can easily support themselves for that time on savings (not everyone of course depends on situation) so unless you have regular gaps no one will care - you are entitled to downtime and time to experiment on hobbies or be with family or just try a new direction that you decide isn't for you
