Attempting intermittent fasting again. I highly recommend the Zero App if you want to try it. I only use the free version so can’t speak on the Pro features. Watching the clock and looking forward to my first meal today! Happy Monday to all my 🐠 friends!

This syndrome also causes additional diseases, which are shown in this graphic. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out. It's my goal to educate and save lives!
