I'm 46 and have been feeling aches and pains all over, and weakness in arms. Some odd tingling and generally feel out of sorts. Also experience dizziness on and off.
I'm wondering if I am perimenopausal. Seeing my Dr next week. Anyone else experience overall aches and pains with perimenopause and menopause?

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well.

I am post menopausal and 53.

I did notice new aches and pains when I was in peri menopause.

Still, it would be worth mentioning to your healthcare provider. Hope that you can get some relief.

I am 50 and have the same symptoms- aches and pains, weakness in arms, brain fog. Thought the aches were due to blood pressure. Would love to know what your doc recommended

Hi ladies, I'm in my mid 40s and I think I'm entering peri. I currently have a Mirena but I should replace it again soon, but one more will put me into my 50s(!!) and I was wondering if anyone here knows that they're in peri or menopause without having periods. Is there blood work or something to check? I definitely do not want to have another child accidentally. I've got 5 more years until my youngest is in college and don't want to start over again.

Just downloaded an App called MenoLife. It’s free (so far) and is filled with articles, recipes, trackers, etc. they also have products which I may look into. Anyone else try this brand?
