In light of a post I put in the main feed, I believe an industry standard should be that employees get equity in their agencies. A union could win this. What other benefits wld you like to fight for

Has anyone seen that Patriot Act episode (the Netflix show with Hassan Minaj) where they talk about the video game industry? It sounds very much like advertising and they’re finally unionizing.
What would be in our collective bargaining agreement? Sane working hours, for sure. Harder to lay off or better severance. What else?
