You'd think websites like glassdoor, linkedin, and this one would all be in an incredibly powerful position from the point of view of union organizing and the way they design the site could work for us or against us. So I'm asking two questions - how do we use the sites to build solidarity and organize unions but also can the sites better facilitate this process?
