our company is expanding domestically in about 15 states in the US as well as internationally in EMEA and APAC. our biggest struggles right now are with all the different employment laws/compliance items + comp & benefits + what differs locally vs aligns globally. we are working with a PEO but still need support and expertise internally. what's the best way to structure the HR team in order to support this type of growth & expansion, especially in a short amount of time?

Developing a partnership track / program at our boutique firm. We’re 5 years old and have some incredible talent that I’d like to retain - and offer growth opportunities.
