I’m ready!! I thought one was being started bc there was that survey awhile back but I haven’t seen an update...
There’s no consistent organizing or leadership here. It’s a complicated process and we don’t all live and work in the same place / for the same company.
A first step would really be an entire holding company unionizing or someone starting like a NYC Ad Union.
Then it can spread once there’s a template. But we’re all employment at will for the most part, so the second your company catches wind of anything like that you will be fired.
Not an easy task which is why we don’t have one.
