Freelancers: what’s your daily or weekly rate for an ACD in NYC? Particularly at an in-house client side agency?

What if I have a client with annuities insurance policies that are variable. Since I do not have a 7, I can't collect commissions on them. What wld happen if I tried to become agent of record on them?

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I always feel in freelance roles that they would prefer I just shut up (even though my ideas have been praised and implemented plenty), esp within my own dept.
