Give them a heads up on the vacation and if there is scheduled work you do each week give them a replacement schedule. Eg., The weekly post for X week will be ready and posted on X date, or copy points for the bi weekly sales meeting will be delivered on X date during the time I am gone.
If all of the work is arbitrary and not on a schedule then just let them know you will be gone on x dates but that you have carved out their allocated hours in the remaining 2 weeks that month to fulfill work requests and deliverables.
If your retainer is a set monthly amount and not linked to specific days/hours, then you tell them you're going on vacation for those 2 weeks. End of story.
25/hrs a month? You’re fine. Take the vacation
